- The tour departs daily about 90 minutes before sunrise, which varies throughout the year
- If the weather is not suitable for safe or enjoyable flying, the tour operator will cancel the ride with an option to refund or reschedule
- The hot air balloon can fly up to 16 passengers but is subject to a total weight limit
- At the time of purchase, enter your weight in the Requests & Remarks section
- Children below 6 are not allowed on this tour
- The tour is not an exclusive flight
