If, for any reason, the tour guide determines that safety cannot be ensured, he/she may refuse participation in the tour or cancel/suspend the tour.
For safety reasons, taking photos and videos during the tour is prohibited unless permission is given. Photos will be taken by the guide and shared with you after the tour.
There may be cases where the event cannot be held due to equipment, guides, or other reasons. (If the event is canceled due to reasons on the management side, there will be no cancellation fee.)
Depending on how the tour progresses, the end time may be extended by up to 30 minutes, so please plan your activities after the tour with plenty of time.
The tour will proceed even in light rain. In the event of rain or bad weather, the local guide will decide whether to proceed or not approximately 2 hours before the tour. In the event of rain or other bad weather that could impede safe driving, the tour may be postponed or canceled at our discretion.
To the extent that we are able to determine that the event has been cancelled due to weather conditions or other reasons, we will notify you of the cancellation using the phone number or email address you registered in advance and offer a refund or reschedule.
