- Belongings can be stored at the meeting place, Biei Tourist Center.
- Those who just wish to observe cannot participate. Please book for the total number of people who will be entering the fields.
- Before you enter the fields, please change into the boots that have been prepared and go through disinfection to prevent pathogens on the soles of your own shoes from getting in. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
- There is no shade in the fields, so please bring drinks to stay hydrated and towels for wiping sweat. Protect yourself from heat stroke.

The tour dates may be changed according to the growth condition of the crops.
In the event of rain, the tour may be canceled. In addition, if it was raining the previous day, the path may be muddy. Please note that even if the weather is good on the day of the tour, the tour may still be canceled depending on the condition of the fields. Thank you for your understanding.
If the tour is canceled, we will contact you the day before or the morning of the tour itself, so please provide us with your contact details (mobile phone number that can be contacted in Japan, or accommodation details).
Smoking is not allowed in the fields. Please note that there are no convenience stores, vending machines, or toilets around the farm. We request that you go to the toilet and buy what you need at the Biei Tourist Center before the tour starts.
You can also order souvenirs to be delivered at an additional fee.
In the event of unavoidable circumstances (force majeure), the tour will be canceled without any cancelation fees.

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
