The skiing experience was great! The instructor was fantastic! It was a bit tiring skiing on my own though… You don’t need to wear too many layers because there’s a lot of physical activity involved! The room was also very spacious and warm! Superb!

The package was fun and enjoyable for family with young kids. Key highlight was shared by Miao tour guide so that itinerary were fully optimised for a day trip covering 3 places. We will lucky when it start snowing in Nami Island making the trip even more memorable.

Having previously visited Petite France, the Italian Village, cycled around, visited Nami Island, and some kind of forest resort, Petite France and the Italian Village were really boring 😍. I was thinking of choosing an alpaca to spit on, but the alpacas were so cute! Not only could I feed them up close 🦙, but I could also pet them 😍😍😍😍. Nami Island is a place I personally love, but unfortunately, I only visited two places, and the time spent there was really too short (1-2 hours). It felt like we had to catch a ride again after just a few steps. I hope next time I can have a longer itinerary. A huge thank you to our tour guide, Lucia! She was incredibly kind, always smiling, and very helpful in resolving our problems ❤️❤️

Our tour leader, Steve, was meticulous and enthusiastic, fluent in Chinese, English, and Korean. He contacted us two or three days in advance, ensuring we received prompt replies to any questions. He was patient with ski lessons. He also offered on-site purchase services for various resort tickets, but only accepted cash; if we ran out of Korean won, we would accept foreign currencies (e.g., Taiwanese dollars). Clothing rental shops accepted cash, but credit card payments incurred a 10% surcharge. Both Ski Land and Snow Land had lockers, but they were coin-operated, costing 1000 Korean won per use. We requested simple hot meals at the lands, but the card payment system frequently malfunctioned. The restrooms were very clean. The hotel quality was also excellent.
