The instructors were attentive and friendly, putting their heart into everything from confirming the number of participants by car, providing pre-skiing instructions, distributing equipment, to the actual instruction.

Our tour guide, Mr. Xin, was very cooperative and enthusiastic, and the itinerary planning was also very smooth.

The ski lesson was so much fun! The instructor was Malaysian, so communicating in Chinese was no problem! At first, I was scared of falling a lot, but the instructor assessed each person's level and knew what to teach and what to skip. Even when I forgot once or twice due to nervousness, the instructor patiently reminded me and I never got angry (I'm terrified of having a mean instructor). They were also very considerate, telling me if I needed to use the restroom or get a drink, but skiing was so exciting that I forgot to stay hydrated! 🤣 Chatting with the instructor on the chairlift was so enjoyable, there were never any awkward silences. If I have the chance, I definitely want to learn skiing from Jenni (I forget if that's the correct spelling)! Besides the great instructor, the course also had a private ski rest area with storage, and you could even have coffee or tea when you were tired – so comfortable! The Korean owner speaks excellent English, so there was no language barrier. Everything was wonderful, and I highly recommend it!!!
