The Umeda Sky Building is a super-tall building with 40 floors above ground and 2 floors underground. The top is connected by a circular sky garden observatory. It is one of the few 360-degree open roof observatories in Japan. The HEP FIVE Ferris wheel is famous for its huge red Ferris wheel.
