This small group tour was very relaxing and flexible. The driver drove smoothly and comfortably, and our tour guide, Ms. Liu Mei, provided detailed and attentive explanations. The itinerary also allowed ample time for visiting various attractions. If you're looking for activities beyond city shopping, this is a highly recommended tour. At the end of the day, I was heading directly to the airport to catch my flight home when I realized I'd forgotten my tablet on the bus. Even though I'd been off the bus for over an hour, our tour guide, Ms. Liu Mei, immediately contacted the driver to confirm the tablet's whereabouts and checked with the colleague using the bus the next day to arrange a handover. She even contacted other members of our group who were returning home two days later to see if they could help retrieve the tablet. I'm incredibly grateful to our tour guide, Ms. Liu Mei, for her tireless efforts in helping me, to the kind family of four who offered their assistance, and to the driver and other tour guides for their help in finding and returning the tablet. Thank you all!

Our tour guide, Lin Hu, was very nice. Unfortunately, we went there specifically for the Long Island Hot Springs because the older folks don't like shopping. As a result, both Long Island Amusement Park and Long Island Hot Springs were closed for five days, so we had to sit in the restaurant until 3 p.m. to meet up. In the evening, we went to Nagashima no Sato, which was really beautiful and well worth the trip.

I went to Yunoyama Ropeway to see the winter scenery. The view from the ropeway into the natural snowy world. The winter scenery was beautiful.
