Driver was punctual in picking us up. She also helped us load and unload all of our luggages to the airport. We had so many luggage that's why opted to arrange a charter for convenience. On the way to the airport, we stopped by at Yuni garden and we were able to tour one last time before heading back. Very good travel option to sightsee while heading to the airport.
The exchange went very smoothly. I'm very grateful to the staff at JR Shin-Chitose Station for being so friendly and welcoming. They also recommended some delicious food in Otaru. It was very easy to use. Now that you buy it, you'll also get a free Hokkaido Amazing Pass. Self-guided travelers can really take advantage of it.
The itinerary was quite tight, with little room for delays, making it feel like a rush. However, being able to see multiple attractions in one day was a plus. The animals at Asahikawa Zoo were quite nice and adorable. Lunch was a quick and dirty affair, so it certainly wasn't particularly tasty. Biei's Blue Pond is beautiful, but I didn't have time to savor it. The souvenir shop had some good ice cream, and I also bought some small items. Many of the shops at Elf Terrace were closed, so I ended up doing some quick shopping. The tour guide was very friendly and provided all the necessary information. She also shared some information about Hokkaido and recommended Sapporo cuisine, which was quite helpful. If you're not looking for an in-depth tour, this small tour is highly recommended.
Very legitimate! They added us on WhatsApp and communicated promptly after we booked on KKday. Driver came early and even helped us reserve at Herb Garden Furano (didn’t know we even needed to do that). They allowed us to add some extra stops to the trip last minute as well. Very good service. Friendly driver and coordinator. Would book again.
