接送地點在主火車站附近，步行或搭路面電車都會到，非常方便。導遊講解的不錯，英語導覽團用的單字也不會很艱澀難懂。在看到比較沈重的展覽前導遊會適時先提醒大家，先做好心理準備還有知道等下不能拍照或不宜嘻笑；很沈重的歷史但很值得警惕借鏡。博物館內跟整個展區都禁止進食，可以付費委託旅行社準備輕食餐盒（我們的有簡單的麵包夾肉、礦泉水、一顆橘子跟鹹甜小餅乾，其實蠻豐富的）、也可以自行準備午餐。
