首先先感謝這趟帶領我們小團的導遊兼司機David 哥，路途上非常照顧大家心情，沿途也會介紹風景及歷史意義。David哥非常風趣，是個服務品質很好的導遊。整趟旅程不疾不徐，時間抓的剛剛好，想拍照的地方也都會留時間拍照，並不會覺得趕。雖然有人覺得就是個風景，但我個人就是喜歡這種上車睡覺下車拍照的行程。十二門徒風景區真的蠻壯觀的，值得體驗一次。最後還是謝謝今天的導遊David，希望有機會再遇到！

這個行程真的超讚的，包含了很多雪梨著名景點，超級划算，體驗了3種纜車還搭了郵輪，吹著海風享受雪梨的海景，雖然動物園的動物偏少，但可以餵袋鼠摸牠跟無尾熊拍照，超開心🥳

司機兼導遊Raymond會盡可能照顧好大家，人很好，行程上安排也不會太過緊湊，真的很推薦給大家👍👍

와이프랑 둘이 호주 여행 와서 가본곳 중에... 포트스테판이 단연 최고였습니다. 둘다 자연을 워낙 좋아하는지라... 크루즈에서 돌고래 보이는 순간 감동이랄까... 모래썰매도 젊은 친구들이나 하는 거라고 생각했는데 . 가이드님이 추천 에 추천을 거듭 하셔서 못 이긴 척 한번 올라가긴 했습니다 .. 타는 것보다 언덕 정상에서 찍은 사진이 더 좋은 .. 와이프는 와이너리를 좋아하더군요 여자들이 좋아할 괜찬은 곳이었습니다 . 아기자기 하고 ... 예쁘고 요.나이 들어서 좋은 추억 만들고 왔네요 .. 지그재그 감사 합니다.

아침일찍부터 모여서 알찬하루를 보낼수 있었어요 두시간 반 , 왕복 다섯시간 달려주신 기사님께 감사드려용 동물원에서 코알라 캥거루 쿼카 등등 다 봤고 만져볼수도있었어오 썰매안타고 낙타 체험했는데 물위를 걸어요 .. 최고였어요 .. 와이너리도 가보고 좋았습니다 .. !! 친절하시고 사진도 잘찍으세요 ㅋㅋ

Worth to try. Really joyful & enjoyable.

Reached out to KKDay to ask about the pickup location and time, and got the reply that they would confirm within 24 hours before the date of tour, but they didn't. About 12 hours before the supposed time 8:30-9:00am roughly when we would get picked up, I emailed both KKDay and the the tour provider company Coastal Tours Pty Ltd (I found their company name in the booking - the very last line), and told them I would be staying at my hotel and don't mind waiting at lobby for the shuttle bus for a longer time. We waited at the lobby in the morning from 8:00-9:30 but there was no tour bus to pick us up. And neither KKDay or tour provider replied my email. We had to re-plan our day schedule at Melbourne. I initiated the refund request via both APP and phone. KKDay asks me to keep waiting, until the get replies from their relevant department...... 6 days now till this review...
