・Vehicle: 7-seater vehicle (Alphard or equivalent)

Max. passengers: 5-6 people

Luggage capacity: 3-4 pieces of 24-inch luggage or 2-3 pieces of 28-inch luggage

・Vehicle: 10-seater vehicle (Hiace or equivalent)

Max. passengers: 9 people

Luggage capacity: 10 pieces of 24-inch luggage or 9 pieces of 28-inch luggage

※ If there are fewer passengers, you may carry an extra small piece of luggage depending on the situation.

※ If a child safety seat is installed, the maximum number of passengers will be reduced by 1.

※ If the actual amount of luggage exceeds the amount stated in your booking or cannot be loaded, the driver reserves the right to refuse service without a refund.

-- All tours are one-way. Please book separately for a return trip.

-- The driver will wait for free for 30 minutes. If you are late and cannot be reached, the driver will leave and no refund will be provided.

-- Please notify us of any changes or adjustments to your booking at least 2 days before the scheduled service. Changes requested on the day before or the day of the service cannot be accommodated.

Surcharge(s)

Child seat

Child safety seats are available for JPY 2,000 each. Please specify the child's age in the remarks section when booking. (Fee to be paid on-site)

Night service fee

A night service fee of JPY 2,000 applies for services between 22:00-07:00. (Fee to be paid on-site)

Overtime fee

The driver will wait for free for 30 minutes at the designated time and location. Overtime fees apply thereafter: JPY 2,000 per 30 minutes for 7-seater vehicles (less than 30 minutes is charged as 30 minutes); JPY 3,000 per 30 minutes for 10-seater vehicles (less than 30 minutes is charged as 30 minutes). Paid waiting is subject to availability on the day.

Reminders

  • To maintain a pleasant environment, please do not eat or drink in the vehicle and take your trash with you. If the seats, carpets, or interior are stained or damaged, you will be required to pay a cleaning fee based on the professional cleaning company's quote.

  • Please ensure your pickup time, hotel address, number of passengers, and luggage count are correct. Discrepancies between the actual situation and your booking information may result in additional fees.
