During the 3-hour lesson, you will start with the basics, such as how to handle the boards, walk, and stop, before progressing according to your experience and skill level. If you get stuck, your instructor will work with you to review and practice until you get it right. Learn at your own pace and discover the joy of sliding! - Daily Itinerary - 1. Reception & Equipment Preparation If you are not using the pickup service, please gather in front of the Center House at the Oomatsu Area of Sugadaira Kogen Pinebeak Ski Resort 30 minutes before the lesson starts. Challenge Yourself Based on Your Skill Level Once you are comfortable with the basics, we will move on to sliding practice on a slope suited to your skill level. - By car: About 30 minutes from Ueda Sugadaira I.C. on the Joshin-etsu Expressway via National Route 144 and 406. In winter, please ensure you have anti-slip measures such as winter tires in case of snow or frozen roads. Parking: 300 spaces.
