Before installing the eSIM, please ensure you are connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data to scan the QR code or manually enter the details to add the mobile plan.

Please follow the installation instructions. Do not exit the screen during the process to avoid the phone misidentifying the process and deleting the eSIM plan.

Each QR code can only be scanned once on one device. It cannot be changed once bound.

If an error message appears after scanning, it does not mean the eSIM is invalid. Please restart your device and check if the eSIM is bound to your phone in the Cellular settings, or contact Customer Support for assistance. Do not scan other QR codes, as this may cause duplicate binding and invalidate the eSIM.

The eSIM can be kept for 180 days before scanning. Once scanned, it must be activated within 30 days. It will automatically expire after this period, and no refunds or extensions will be provided.

For iPhone users, please delete any existing profiles (Check: Settings -> General -> VPN & Device Management. If there are no profiles, it is normal) to ensure the eSIM works properly.

If the eSIM plan is not fully used or is deleted without confirmation from Customer Support, no reissuance or refund will be provided.

The day you scan the QR code counts as the first day of your plan. We recommend scanning and installing it before departure or upon arrival to avoid early activation. One day is defined as until midnight (GMT+8), not a 24-hour period.

Please ensure your phone and its operating system support eSIM functionality before purchasing. No refunds will be provided if the service cannot be used due to device incompatibility.

Network quality varies by country and infrastructure is not as dense as in Taiwan. Regional differences and network construction vary; refunds will not be issued due to signal conditions in specific areas. If you experience poor signal, you can manually switch carriers: Network Selection/Carrier > Turn off Automatic > Select from the available carriers.

If you are unable to use the service upon arrival, please use airport or local Wi-Fi to contact our LINE Customer Support. After-sales service cannot be provided after you return to your home country.

Actual signal and connection speed may vary depending on location, terrain, weather, building obstructions, number of users, network system, or terminal equipment. If 5G is unavailable locally or on your device, it will automatically switch to 4G.

This product uses international roaming IP. Some apps on Android phones may not work due to the IP location (e.g., TikTok, Alipay, Amap, Meituan, Mini Programs, etc.).
