2. MEETING POINT & TRANSFER:
- For Options 1 & 2: The tour officially starts and ends at the designated meeting pier in Can Tho (the exact pier address will be confirmed after booking). f you require hotel pick-up or drop-off, please contact us to arrange this service after your booking is successfully completed.
- For Options 3 & 4: Hotel transfer is already included! Our guide and driver will pick you up directly from your hotel in central Can Tho to start the tour, and drop you back at your hotel safely at the end. Please provide your hotel name, hotel address, and contact phone number for pick-up coordination.
3. To ensure smooth service arrangements and timely communication, please provide us with the following information when booking:
- Passenger list, including: Full name (surname / first name / middle name), date of birth, nationality, passport number, and gender — for travel permit and insurance procedures.
- Please provide contact phone number (preferably with WhatsApp/Viber/Line...) for pick-up coordination.
- Any special requests (such as dietary requirements, vegetarian meals, allergies, etc.) should be informed to us prior to your departure date so we can make the necessary arrangements in advance.
4. IMPORTANT: BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS & GROUP PRICING POLICY
This is a shared group tour with discounted prices based on the number of participants booked together. The more guests you book, the lower the price per person.
**PLEASE FOLLOW ALL 4 BOOKING STEPS:**
**Step 1 – Select Your Travel Date:** Choose your preferred departure date.
**Step 2 – Select Your Tour Package:** Choose ONE of the 4 available tour options based on your preferred itinerary.
**Step 3 – Select Your Group Tour Type:** Choose the correct group size (e.g., 1 Pax, 2 Pax, 3 Pax, 4–5 Pax, 6 Pax, 7 Pax, 8 Pax, 9 Pax, or 10 Pax).
**Step 4 – Adjust the Participant Quantity:** Click the **+ button** under Adult/Child to enter the actual number of travelers. The total number of participants MUST match your selected group size or fall within the selected group size range.
**IMPORTANT EXAMPLE:** If you select **2 Pax** in Step 3, you MUST also enter **2 participants** in Step 4. Selecting 2 Pax does NOT automatically change the quantity from 1 to 2.
**BOOKING POLICY:** Group discounts apply only when the correct number of participants is booked and paid for. Bookings with mismatched group sizes and participant quantities will not be honored at the selected discounted rate. Any applicable price difference must be paid on the departure day based on the actual number of participants.
