Please note that this plan is designed for short-term use and does not allow for long-term retention of the same phone number. For 45-day and 60-day plans, number switching will occur every 30 days, which may result in an internet outage of up to 12 hours. After the system operation is complete, a new phone number will be assigned. Please restart your device after receiving the SMS notification. (In rare cases, you may not receive an SMS notification, but you can restart your device once you have a signal.) — Activating Your SIM Card —
- When booking, please select your desired "Date of activation" in the "Other information" section of the Traveler information. Your SIM card will be activated accordingly before 12:00 pm (GMT-7 LA time). Notify us at least 3 days in advance if you need to change the activation date

- Communication quality and stability may be affected by external factors such as terrain, weather, buildings, user volume, and location, impacting internet speed and quality
- All packages include 200MB of AT&T domestic roaming for areas without T-Mobile coverage in the USA (e.g., Alaska). Calls and texts remain available. T-Mobile service resumes upon re-entering T-Mobile coverage area
- Before purchasing, please review the coverage map. Refunds will not be provided for insufficient or no coverage
How to Use Your Voucher

Validity Period
- The voucher must be used on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
