Product Info

You will learn or improve your street photography skills: scenes of everyday life on the spot, candid portraits, or photos in low light, while discovering one of the most typical and lively neighborhoods in Hong Kong: Yau Tsim Mong on the Kowloon Peninsula.

We will meet at Exit A of Tsim Sha Tsui MRT Station.

The tour will begin in Kowloon Park, where you will photograph people doing their morning tai chi as well as the many birds and flowers that adorn the park. You will thus work on speed and depth of field.

Then you will visit and take photos of a small temple, a market, and a "cha chaan teng" (traditional Hong Kong restaurant) that is little known to tourists and hidden under a highway bridge. Here, you will work on low-light photography.

Finally, you will cross the Yau Ma Tei district and its various markets: fabric, food, and the jade market, as well as two magnificent temples. You will work on scenes of everyday life on the spot and portraits.

The outing will end here, and I will accompany you to the Yau Ma Tei metro station on the same line as the station where we met at the start of the tour.
