A) Overview
Visit the Terracotta Army in Xi’an with three booking formats: a Self-Guided Ticket with PDF Guide & Online Audio, a Bus Group Tour with Lunch, or a Private English Guide. Each format is designed for different travel styles, from flexible independent visits to guided visits with transport or private explanation.

C) What to expect
1）For the Self-Guided Ticket with PDF Guide & Online Audio：
enter the museum any time from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM on the valid date and stay until the 6:00 PM closing time. Before travel, receive your entry-use information, PDF guide, and online audio link by WhatsApp, WeChat, or email. After arrival, use your original passport for identity verification and enter for an independent visit.

2）For the Bus Group with Lunch：
hotel pickup is arranged between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM within Xi’an’s Third Ring Road area. If your hotel is outside the pickup area, go to the notified meeting point within the Third Ring Road area.
Travel by bus for about 1 to 1.5 hours, visit a Terracotta Army craft factory for about 30 minutes, tour the museum for about 2 hours, have a Chinese lunch for about 1 hour, and then return.

3）For the Private English Guide：
receive the ticket-use information and guide meeting details one day before travel. Meet your guide at the Statue of Qin Shi Huang on the east side of the Emperor Qinshihuang's Mausoleum Museum. Enter the museum with your guide and visit Pit 1, Pit 2, and Pit 3 with explanation over about 3 to 4 hours. The visit ends inside the museum.

D) Important notes
All formats require real-name booking and the original passport used for booking.
Entry is checked by passport verification at the museum; a GYG QR code or other e-ticket is not accepted for direct entry.
1）The Self-Guided Ticket with PDF Guide & Online Audio includes an online audio link, not an on-site audio device, so bring your own phone, internet access, and earphones.
2）For the Bus Group with Lunch, this is a bus group tour, not a small-group tour, and the factory visit is a fixed part of the itinerary.
Late arrival for the Bus Group with Lunch is non-refundable.
3）For the Private English Guide, no hotel pickup or transport is included, and arrival over 30 minutes late is subject to on-site coordination.

During holidays and peak periods, queues and ticket pressure may be higher.
