What You Can Expect
Purchase Notice
- Once ordered, dates/number of people/ticket types/room types cannot be changed. Please confirm the number of people and ticket specifications are correct before placing your order. We appreciate your understanding.
- THSR seats are automatically assigned by the system; we cannot guarantee consecutive seats, nor can we specify seats or carriages. If you require consecutive seats, please indicate this in the remarks column, but actual arrangements are subject to the system's seat assignment.
- If you need to change the train time, please contact KKday customer service 8 days before departure; only one change is allowed. No changes will be accepted within 7 days before departure.
- THSR booking opens 29 days before the departure date. You can place an order 29 days in advance, but we cannot guarantee that THSR seats will be obtained.
- Since THSR tickets can only be booked within 29 days (including the day of travel), if the 29th day falls on a Friday or Saturday, tickets can flexibly be booked up to Sunday. If your requested travel date exceeds the booking window, our order processing staff will prioritize booking your requested train times once the window opens, but final confirmation is subject to the actual seat availability obtained by the staff.
- Due to differences in regional and supplier systems, if you have special requirements, please state them when placing the order. We will submit your request to the supplier, but fulfillment depends on the supplier's tour status. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- The definition of a child varies by itinerary; on-site surcharges are subject to the service provider's regulations.
- Selecting 'Child without bed' only includes insurance and administrative fees. If you need a THSR ticket, you can purchase it when selecting the number of tickets. Any other incidental expenses must be paid on-site.
- Child without bed: The child does not occupy a bed. If you decide to have 2 children share one bed, please select 1 child + 1 child without bed. A maximum of 2 children without beds are allowed (please refer to each product's child definition for additional restrictions). Children without beds do not include hotel meals, facility usage, or amenities.
- Placing an order for a package does not mean the booking is complete. You must wait for the order processing staff to confirm and issue a voucher to indicate a successful booking. If you have any concerns, please do not place the order.
Reminders
Before ordering this product, please read the booking instructions and related agreements carefully. If the purchaser is not the traveler, the purchaser acts as an agent and is obligated to fully inform the traveler of the itinerary. Once you click to agree, the booking instructions and restrictions are legally binding on the traveler. Subsequent claims by the traveler of being unaware or uninformed will not be accepted as a defense.
This package requires a minimum of 20 people to depart. THSR reserves the right to cancel the tour if the minimum number of participants is not met.
The tour leader may adjust the order of the itinerary based on factors such as the number of participants on the day, festivals, or weather conditions.
If you purchased a 'Concession/Senior Ticket', please be sure to carry valid identification on the day of departure for THSR staff to check. If you fail to provide identification or if there is any discrepancy, THSR reserves the right to refuse boarding. You will need to purchase another THSR ticket to board, and the original THSR Holiday ticket cannot be refunded.
Nangang, Taipei, and Banqiao stations cannot be used as both the departure and arrival stations for any two of these stations (e.g., if the arrival station is Taipei, Nangang and Banqiao stations cannot be used as the departure station).
The price includes one round-trip THSR standard car reserved seat ticket. The travel date must match the hotel check-in or tour departure date. A single order is limited to the same departure and arrival stations, and must be for the same train. If you need to delay your return, please arrange your own hotel return transfer. This package includes round-trip tickets and cannot be refunded for a single leg.
The THSR tickets in this package are discounted tickets, valid only for the designated date and train. They are non-transferable and will not be reissued if lost; please keep them safe. Any tickets that are altered, defaced, illegible, or photocopied will be considered invalid.
If the itinerary includes accommodation, check-in and check-out times are subject to each hotel's regulations. If the itinerary includes accommodation, the promotional price is based on a limited number of rooms, and the actual available room types depend on sales status; room types cannot be changed.
For departures 29 days or more in advance, please fill in 2-3 preferred THSR train times for both departure and return in the 'Order Remarks'. The actual train times obtained will be subject to confirmation by customer service.

- Please use your physical ticket or mobile e-ticket to enter the THSR station.
- THSR reservations are only available for dates within 29 days of the departure date. If your travel date is beyond 29 days, we will process your booking and send the ticket once the booking window opens.
- All passengers in the same booking must board and alight at the same stations; different boarding/alighting stations are not permitted.
- THSR Holiday tickets are special project tickets with fixed departure and arrival stations. For example, if you choose to depart from Taipei and stay at a hotel in Kaohsiung, your outbound ticket will be from Taipei to Zuoying, and your return ticket will be from Zuoying to Taipei. No refunds will be provided for getting off at intermediate stations, and any travel beyond the designated stations will require payment of the fare difference according to official THSR announcements.
- THSR Holiday tickets are discounted tickets and are valid only for the designated train on the specified date.
- THSR Holiday Cancellation Notes -
- According to THSR Holiday ticket regulations, no single leg of the journey can be refunded.
- All refunds must be processed through KKday. THSR station ticket counters cannot process any refund or exchange requests.
- Note: Per THSR Holiday ticket regulations, if multiple people are booked under the same order, any refund or exchange must be processed for the entire group simultaneously. Individual refunds or exchanges are not permitted, and a processing fee will be charged for all passengers. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
- THSR Holiday Cancellation Policy -
- Please contact KKday customer service first if you need to cancel your order.
- Due to administrative processing times, the cancellation policy will be based on the text below. Cancellation requests are only accepted between 08:30 and 16:00 daily. Requests submitted after hours will be considered as having been submitted on the following day.
- If the THSR ticket has already been issued, an additional cancellation fee of NTD 20 per ticket will be charged (a round-trip ticket counts as 2 tickets).
- Cancellations made 8 days or more before the departure date (excluding the departure date) are free of charge. For changes or cancellations notified 4 to 7 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), a 30% cancellation fee of the total cost will be charged.
- For changes or cancellations notified within 3 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), a 70% cancellation fee of the total cost will be charged.
- For changes or cancellations notified on the departure date, a 100% cancellation fee of the total cost will be charged.
- (Example: For a departure on 12/8, cancellations or changes made by 11/30 are free; those made between 12/1 and 12/4 will incur a 30% fee; those made between 12/5 and 12/7 will incur a 70% fee.)

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 9 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–8 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
