This is not a private tour, you will enjoy the tour with other guests together.
We might cancel the tour if we do not have at least 10 participants by 2 weeks before the scheduled departure.
Please note that wheelchair is not accessible.
It gets chilly in the evenings in late October. Please bring a jacket or warm clothing. Since the venue is located in a park, we recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes.
Feel free to bring your own food and beverages. We kindly ask for your cooperation in taking your trash with you when you leave.
The event will run rain or shine, but will be cancelled in case of severe weather or natural disasters. The decision will be made by the executive committee with the safety of visitors and staff as the top priority.
The event will proceed in light rain. To avoid blocking the view for guests behind you, please refrain from using umbrellas once the fireworks start. Please bring alternative rain gear, such as a raincoat.
Bringing or using open flames or hazardous items is strictly prohibited.
Refunds will not be issued in the event of partial cancellations or changes to the event program.
This tour does not include an English-speaking guide.

Customer Guidelines:
Please arrive at the meeting location 15 minutes prior to the departure time.
The schedule is subject to change without prior notice.
Due to traffic or other reasons, the duration of visits at each destination may be shortened, and arrival times may be delayed.
Refunds will not be provided if you fail to arrive at the meeting location on time (no show).
In the event of a natural disaster, such as a typhoon, the tour will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
Please personally take responsibility for your valuables.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
