1. Minors under 18 or children must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour; unaccompanied minors or children are not allowed to participate.

2. For the safety of pregnant travelers, those who are pregnant must be no more than 24 weeks along by the end of the trip.

3. Hotels offer various room types, such as one King/Queen size bed or two Double size beds. The number of rooms is guaranteed, but specific room types and locations are not. Requests for specific bed types cannot be accepted and are subject to actual arrangements.

4. The itinerary does not accept or assist with room sharing with strangers. Please book the corresponding room type and number of people based on the actual number of travelers.

5. Each hotel has different deposit policies (mostly collected and refunded via credit card). Guests are required to cooperate according to the specific regulations of each hotel.

6. Smoking is prohibited on the bus during the tour. Most hotel rooms are also non-smoking. Hotel cleaning staff are professionally trained, and security personnel will professionally document evidence. If caught, cleaning fees will be borne by the guest. If you need to smoke, please go to the designated smoking area.

7. Pets and animals are not allowed on the tour.

8. This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the tour midway, please inform the guide in advance and obtain their consent. You must sign a departure agreement, and the unfinished portion will be considered as your voluntary withdrawal; no tour fees will be refunded.

9. Tour participants are not allowed to bring their own tickets or use a City Pass.

10. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the order of sightseeing, duration of stay, or meeting times based on weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the itinerary.

11. In the event that an attraction is temporarily closed or closed for holidays, preventing a visit, the guide will adjust the itinerary to include an exterior view or replace it with another attraction to ensure the richness of the trip. Opening hours and traffic control for attractions and national parks change from time to time; please understand that if this affects the itinerary, it is considered a force majeure factor.

12. To ensure a smooth and complete itinerary, tourists are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting times provided by the guide. If you are more than ten minutes late for the meeting time, the bus will depart without waiting. We cannot guarantee on-time arrival at pick-up/drop-off points due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdowns, war, or terrorist attacks. We are not responsible for any inconvenience or additional costs (such as flights, trains, buses, or other travel expenses) caused by delays resulting from these reasons.

13. Children under eight years old must use a safety seat. The rental fee is USD$10.00/person/day. Please be sure to note this when booking the trip so we can prepare in advance. Any violations or fines caused by the guest failing to notify us in advance will be borne by the guest. Please understand. If a large bus is arranged on the day of travel, a safety seat is not required, and the fee can be refunded.

14. You may be transferred from the original vehicle to another one during the trip, and different guides and drivers may be assigned to provide services.

15. The following suggestions will help you check in faster and better: please bring a valid photo ID and present a printed or electronic version of your itinerary.
