1. Minors under 18 or children must be accompanied by an adult; unaccompanied minors or children are not permitted to join the tour.
2. For the safety of pregnant travelers, those who are more than 24 weeks pregnant by the end of the tour are not permitted to join.
3. Hotels offer various room types, such as one King/Queen bed or two Double beds. The number of rooms is guaranteed, but specific room types and locations are not. Requests for specific bed types cannot be accommodated and will be subject to actual availability.
4. The tour does not accept or assist with room sharing among strangers. Please book the corresponding room type based on the actual number of travelers.
5. Each hotel has different policies regarding security deposits (usually processed via credit card). Guests are required to cooperate with the hotel's specific regulations.
6. Smoking is prohibited on the bus. Most hotel rooms are also non-smoking. Hotel cleaning staff are professionally trained, and security personnel are equipped to document violations. If smoking is detected, cleaning fees will be charged to the guest. Please use designated smoking areas if needed.
7. Pets and animals are not permitted on the tour.
8. This is a group tour. If you choose to leave the tour midway, please notify the guide in advance and obtain their consent. You will be required to sign a departure agreement. Any missed portions of the tour will be considered a voluntary forfeiture, and no refunds will be provided.
9. Guests may not use their own tickets or City Pass during the tour.
10. During the actual trip, the guide or driver reserves the right to adjust the order of attractions, duration of stay, or meeting times based on weather, traffic, or other conditions to ensure the smooth operation of the itinerary.
11. In the event of temporary closures or holiday closures of attractions, the guide may adjust the itinerary to include exterior views or alternative attractions to ensure a rich experience. Opening hours and crowd control measures at attractions and national parks may change; please understand that this is considered force majeure.
12. To ensure the smooth completion of the itinerary, guests are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting times provided by the guide. If you are more than ten minutes late, the bus will depart without waiting. Our company cannot guarantee on-time arrival at pick-up/drop-off points due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdowns, war, or terrorist attacks. We are not responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred, such as flights, trains, buses, or other travel expenses, resulting from these factors.
13. Children under eight years old are required to use a safety seat. The rental fee is USD$10.00/person/day. Please be sure to note this when booking so we can prepare in advance. Any violations or fines resulting from failure to notify us in advance will be borne by the guest. Please understand. If a large bus is used on the day of travel, safety seats are not required, and the fee can be refunded.
14. You may be transferred to a different vehicle during the trip, and different guides and drivers may be assigned to provide service.
