- The ticket is only valid on the selected dates and time slots.
- E-ticket will be sent to your email within the day for orders placed before the 4:30 PM cut-off. Orders placed after the cut-off will receive their e-ticket within 24 hours.
- Please note that the e-ticket is a PDF file with the OceanJet logo. You may either print the e-ticket or present a soft copy on your phone, together with your passport or valid ID.

Free Baggage Allowance:
- Tourist & Open-Air: 10 kg. All trolley and collapsible bags must be checked in. Only small bags or personal items that can fit with you at your seat may be hand-carried.
- Business Class: 20 kg. Passengers may hand-carry one trolley bag up to the Business Class area on the 2nd floor, provided the bag does not exceed a total dimension of 130 cm.
- Check-in & Hand-Carry: For Tourist and Open-Air passengers, all trolley and collapsible bags must be checked in. Phones, laptops, medicines, cash, jewelry, valuables, and important documents should be kept in your hand-carry baggage.
- Dangerous or prohibited items are not allowed onboard.
- Fragile Items: Fragile items are not included in the free baggage allowance and are charged separately as Freight on Board (FOB) based on actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher. Fragile items include electronics, computers, glassware, ceramics/tiles, musical instruments, laboratory items, lamps, paper items, and bicycles. FOB charges exclude handling fees and do not include insurance coverage.

Purchase Notice
- Please be at the terminal at least 1 hour before departure. During peak travel periods, we recommend allowing extra time.
- Upon arrival, present your E-ticket (printed copy, soft copy, or E-ticket number) together with a valid ID bearing the same name to enter the terminal. Then proceed to the OceanJet counter to obtain your boarding pass.
- For Expectant Mothers: Pregnant passengers are required to present a doctor’s certificate confirming fitness to travel on the day of departure, regardless of the stage of pregnancy.
- Children aged 1 or younger not occupying a seat may take the ferry free of charge
- In the event travelers miss their ferry, rescheduling of tickets can be made at the pier. Additional charges may apply
- After bookings have been completed, any changes or amendments must be made on-site at the port ticket counters. Additional charges may apply.
- Items that must be checked in: All trolley bags ; Any bag/pack exceeding 130 cm total dimension (LxWxH)
- Items not allowed onboard: Flammable items
- Porterage Fee: Porterage is a voluntary arrangement between the passenger and porter. OceanJet is not part of the porterage fee.

OceanJet ticket is non-transferable. Presented valid ID’s should match the passenger’s name as encoded on the ticket.
