- 熱點分享會佔據頻寬，網速也會因為終端設備及所在地理位置有所不同，故並不保證最低網速
- 若所在地、手機不支援5G，將自動切換成 4G/3G 訊號，實際網速皆以當地訊號為主
- 根據網路公平使用原則，針對短時間內使用大量數據流量的用戶，電信公司可酌情限制其流量，建議避免長時間觀看影片或更新系統等
Reminders
購買前，可以手機撥出 *#06# 查詢，如裝置顯使EID序號，代表此手機裝置支援eSIM功能。若因手機裝置不支援或不相容，將不獲退款。
持有中國大陸版本的手機裝置的客戶請注意，儘管手機裝置擁有或包含eSIM功能，在中國大陸地區內，只能支援中國大陸當地電信供應商供應的eSIM。非中國大陸版本的手機裝置，則沒有此限制。

安裝 eSIM 時，必須連接網路，安裝前請確認環境中有可用之 WiFi 或行動數據
每個二維碼 QR code 均只能掃描安裝一次，綁定後則無法更換設備。除非結束使用，請不要刪除或移除，否則將無法重新掃描安裝。
結束使用可在手機內的 eSIM 方案，點選最下方【移除行動方案】即可移除。
若使用量超出eSIM指定內存流量，傳輸速度則會被限制。
eSIM有效日期為訂單確認後90天內於指定國家或地區開通啟用，逾期失效，款項將不獲退還。
天數計算方式：自然日制 (晚上23:59前啟用為第一天，零晨00:00開始計算為第二天)
時區計算方式：GMT +8 香港時區為標準，不是目的地時區
實際連線訊號及速度會受不同因素而影響，例如客戶與發射站的相對位置，網站伺服器資源，互聯網流量狀態與用戶數量，流動裝置的支援速度，當地指定網絡商之網絡覆蓋，天氣或其他不可抗力之狀況，等因素而有所偏差

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
