[Bohol] Firefly Budget Tour (Boat boarding, meeting point pickup and drop-off)

• The minimum number of participants for the join tour is 4.
• This is based on adults aged 6 and older, and children aged 24 months to 15 years.
• If the number of participants for the join tour is insufficient, we will notify you individually 2 to 3 days before the tour.
• If the event is cancelled due to insufficient bookings, we will provide a 100% full refund.
• You will ride a motorboat during the firefly tour. (There is a risk of capsizing in the dark when riding a kayak.)
• Wearing a life jacket is mandatory, and please avoid acting independently in areas without safety personnel.
• The firefly tour is flexibly conducted at the Loai River or Abatan River points, which have become more active in response to changes in the natural ecosystem.

[Firefly Tour Precautions]

• In most cases, the tour proceeds even in rainy weather.
• The firefly tour will resume as soon as the rain stops.
• The guide in charge is not a professional photographer, so you cannot make claims regarding unwanted photos, such as views, people, or composition.
• For private tours, a private vehicle is used, while the boat is used with multiple passengers.
• Wearing a life jacket is mandatory during the firefly tour.
• You are not allowed to drink alcohol during the tour.
• We will notify you separately if any additional charges apply.
  
• The event may be canceled due to natural disasters, and we will notify you individually if the event cannot proceed.
• Partial refunds are not available if the duration is shortened or the schedule is changed due to reasons such as natural disasters.
  
• The tour will resume once the rain stops due to the squall, and we ask for your understanding that you may be notified suddenly before the meeting time on the day of use.
• If you are not at the designated pickup time and location, or if you are more than 5 minutes late, you will not be able to use the product.
  
• Lost items during the tour are not stored separately and are difficult to find, so please keep a close eye on your personal belongings.
• Please make sure to purchase travel insurance individually.
• We are not responsible for accidents caused by your own health (such as pre-existing conditions) or accidents caused by your own negligence.
  
• Injuries caused by personal negligence will be covered by travel insurance, so please bring receipts for local treatment.
• Our company is responsible for providing information regarding this independent travel package, while the actual trip is conducted through local operators.
