During this period, the nights are long and dark, which significantly increases the visibility of the aurora. Fairbanks, being situated within the prime "Aurora Oval," is globally recognized as an excellent location for consistent and vibrant Northern Lights displays. This tour is specifically scheduled during this peak viewing season.

2. What are the typical November temperatures and recommended packing for a tour visiting Fairbanks and Matanuska Glacier?

3. What is the best travel period for a multi-city tour of Alaska, specifically focusing on Northern Lights and glacier experiences?
