Overtime fee for vehicle use

Overtime fees will apply if the vehicle usage exceeds 10 hours. Overtime fees: 5000 RMB/hour for vehicles with fewer than 14 seats, and 10000 RMB/hour for chartered vehicles with 14 seats or more. Free waiting time of 30 minutes is provided for one-way pick-up and drop-off services. Overtime fees: 2000 RMB/hour for vehicles with fewer than 14 seats, and 5000 RMB/hour for chartered vehicles with 14 seats or more. The driver will provide return time suggestions based on map indications; if overtime is caused by unforeseen traffic congestion, the customer will be responsible for the overtime fees.

Service fee for cross-district pick-up and drop-off areas

If the pick-up and drop-off area is outside the 23 wards of Tokyo, an additional cross-ward service fee will apply (the fee varies depending on the location).

If the customer is staying in the Hakone/Fuji area, approximately 2 hours of driver travel time to and from the destination will be deducted.

For medium-sized vehicles with 13 or more seats, the round-trip travel time is approximately 2 hours, with an actual usage time of 7 hours.

For trips that cross different routes, an cross-ward service fee will apply, such as for the Fuji area + Kamakura area.
