- This is a plan where you can rent a stylish and cute electric-assist bicycle [VOTANI] for a full day. Even though it is a mini-velo type with small tires that is easy for women and cycling beginners to ride, the powerful assist will surely make you smile. Staff who can speak English and Chinese (Cantonese is also OK) in addition to Japanese are always available at the store. International guests are welcome to use our services with ease.

- Our stylish rental bicycles do not require the forward-leaning posture of sports bikes, making them easy to ride even for those new to cycling. With a saddle cushion, it is also comfortable for your hips. It supports up to 70km of assisted riding.

Regarding tour cancellation:
- In the event of bad weather (heavy rain, typhoons, or other natural disasters) where the tour is deemed unsafe, we may cancel the tour. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged, but we cannot compensate for any travel expenses incurred.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
