【Fairy Well】Underfoot lie weathered stones, each smooth as a goose egg. The ebb and flow of the tides and the erosion of the sea have sculpted Pingtan Island's landscape, a unique blend of ancient and modern marine erosion, creating a rugged and captivating natural wonder. Legend has it that a Fairy Well lies here, over 47 meters deep and with a diameter exceeding 50 meters. The water within is said to surge like two dragons, spewing forth clusters of white spray. A roaring sound emanates from the well, echoing through the sky. Local legends such as "music from the Dragon Palace," "appearances of sea monsters," and "flawless cliffs" add a layer of mystery to the Fairy Well.
[Longfengtou Beach] Swimming in the sea is prohibited; any consequences arising from such swimming are the sole responsibility of the visitor. Named after the legendary love story of the Dragon Prince and the Phoenix Fairy, Longfengtou Beach boasts a wide, soft, and white sand beach. The azure sea stretches into the distance, merging seamlessly with the sky. A refreshing sea breeze gently caresses the faces of every visitor, bringing a sense of tranquility and comfort. Besides the beach and sea, various water sports are available, such as surfing, water skiing, and sailing, offering a thrilling and enjoyable experience. The Longfengtou beach area is also one of the main areas in Pingtan for viewing the "Blue Tears" phenomenon (which typically occurs from April to July).
