Redemption must be made on the reservation date and within the opening hours of that day; otherwise, it will expire.

In the event of severe weather or special events, or as needed, temporary changes may be made to business hours, closure of the premises or any part thereof, restriction of the number of people authorized to enter, and/or suspension or cancellation of any facilities to ensure safety and order.

If a severe weather warning (Typhoon Signal No. 8, Black Rain Signal, Red Rain Signal, or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above) is issued on the day of your reservation, and you need to change your visit date for safety reasons, please contact KKday on that day. KKday will assist you in changing your reservation date. The park may adjust its operating hours and policies according to the actual situation to ensure public safety and health to the greatest extent possible.
