This immersive experience, which involves kneading, stepping on, and cutting the dough, is designed to engage all five senses while connecting you with Japanese culture, and is suitable for both beginners and those more familiar with the process.

Once you've crafted your noodles, you're invited to unwind in a warm, casual setting reminiscent of a local izakaya. Here, you can sit down for a meal featuring your handmade udon, freshly fried tempura and local sake (not included in the price), and take the opportunity to chat with fellow travellers and discover the depth of Japanese flavours.
