You can choose between the following vehicle options available in the order box:

- Van (Toyota Innova or similar): Maximum 3 passengers

- Bus (Ford Transit or similar): Maximum 8 passengers

Reminders

  • Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time

  • Meeting point description: Transfer service departs from the Phu Quoc Airport or your local accommodation in Ong Lang. You will indicate your pickup location at checkout. Please be ready for your transfer 15 minutes prior to the pickup time.

  • Not allowed:Extra luggage or luggage larger than permitted based on vehicle space

  • Extra fees to be paid on-site:Extra luggage can be charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it

  • Over time (per hour): 11/11/14 USD for Car/Van/Bus (pay to transfer operator)

  • Late/early surcharge from 10 pm to 5 am: 7/9/11 USD for Car/Van/Bus (pay to transfer operator)

  • Know in advance:Each passenger is allowed to have one (55cm x 28cm x 23cm) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag

  • The driver normally speaks Vietnamese; other languages are available upon request with a surcharge

  • An English-speaking customer service team is available on WhatsApp 24/7

  • The transfer service operator will contact you by email/WhatsApp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details

  • Please provide: Pick up date & time, number of participants, pick-up and drop-off point, flight number, full name (all passengers), year of birth (all passengers)

  • For international flights, waiting time is 90 minutes; for domestic flights, waiting time is 60 minutes. For train station/bus station/hotel is 30 minutes
