1. Spring temperatures in Alaska can be quite cold, especially on the water. While our cabins are heated, we recommend that you wear warm, waterproof clothing, and bring a hat and gloves so you can enjoy your time on the outer deck where you can get up close to wildlife and scenery.
2. Glass containers and personal alcoholic beverages are not allowed to be brought in.
3. Unused tickets (not shown) during the voyage will not be refunded in full and cannot be used for any other voyage. Guests arriving after the tour has departed will not receive a refund.
4. You will be sailing in the calm, protected waters of Resurrection Bay, where seasickness is generally unlikely. If you are prone to seasickness, we recommend that you take seasickness medication before boarding, such as Dramamine or Bonine. You can purchase these medications at our check-in counter and on the cruise ship.
5. Each guest has a reserved seat in our heated cabin. To allow group members to sit together on the cruise ship, you may share a table with other groups.
6. Children under 12 years old are not allowed to participate in the 8.5-hour cruise trip.
7. Wheelchairs are only permitted in the main cabin on the first floor; they are not allowed on the outer decks. Please inform us whether there are wheelchair users in your group when making your reservation.
A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date

Seward is located in a temperate rainforest region with frequent rainfall. Cruises are usually held regardless of the weather, and are only canceled or adjusted when sea conditions are bad.
