The Puffing Billy Steam Train is a non-profit organization and a veritable living museum. Built in 1900, the Puffing Billy Railway primarily served the local mountain communities, transporting passengers, timber, potatoes, and plants. Of the four narrow-gauge railways built to develop remote areas of Victoria, Puffing Billy is the best-preserved. Visitors are welcome to ride this century-old, weathered steam train. It still runs on the original mountain railway between Belgrave and Gembrook, winding through the lush Dandenong Ranges. Thanks to the tireless efforts of over 900 dedicated volunteers, the Puffing Billy Railway has become a major tourist attraction, with daily steam train service (except Christmas).
Maru Wildlife Park is dedicated to providing visitors with close encounters with Australia's unique animals. - If the steam train scenic area unilaterally cancels the trip due to force majeure (including but not limited to high temperatures, government or scenic area safety regulations), we will assist in handling relevant refund and change arrangements according to the actual situation.
(1) Cancellations and changes can be processed normally 72 hours or more before departure;
(2) For cancellation or change requests made 24-72 hours before departure, the cost of the Penguin Island single ticket already incurred will be deducted or made up.
(3) If the trip resources have been actually used within 0-24 hours before departure, the fee will not be refunded. Alternatively, you may choose to change to the "Rainbow Hut + Penguin Island" trip. The price difference resulting from the change of trip will be refunded.
