Flower Blooming Conditions: Tour dates are scheduled based on average blooming seasons from previous years. However, the peak viewing time may vary depending on weather conditions. Please note that the tour will operate as long as the minimum number of participants is met, regardless of the flower blooming conditions.
Meal Menu Adjustments: The lunch menu is subject to change depending on the daily availability of ingredients.
Dietary Restrictions & Special Requests: Please note that we are unable to accommodate special dietary requirements (e.g., vegetarian, halal, food allergies) or any other special personal requests for this tour.
Fruit Souvenir Variety: The specific variety of the complimentary fruit souvenir may change due to weather or crop growth conditions.
Walking & Footwear: The path from the parking lot to Fukiware Falls involves walking on slopes and climbing steep stairs (approximately a 7-minute walk one way). Please ensure you wear comfortable walking shoes.
Weather Contingency at Fukiware Falls: While a walk along the riverside promenade is planned, if the trail is closed due to severe weather or safety conditions, the viewing location will be changed to the Rokkakudo Observatory.
If the minimum number of participants (30 people) is not met, or if operation becomes impossible due to force majeure such as natural disasters or accidents, the tour may be changed or canceled. Notice will be given up to 3 days prior to departure (or 13 days prior for tours with accommodation).

The tour will depart at the scheduled time based on the staff’s judgment. Please be punctual and strictly observe the meeting time.

Depending on the number of participants, a medium-sized or small-sized bus may be used.
The bus is not equipped with a restroom.
Smoking is prohibited on the bus. Seat reclining is generally not permitted (except on certain courses).
No refunds will be provided if special benefits or inclusions are not used.

Lost items will be kept for two weeks after the tour ends. Perishable food items or goods that are difficult to store will be disposed of immediately.
Participation with pets is not permitted.
Bus seats will be assigned by our company.
In case of emergency, you may be asked to share a seat with the tour conductor. Thank you for your understanding.
For reservations made via the internet, all tour information will be sent by email. No documents will be mailed.
Due to the enforcement of Japan’s “Work Style Reform Act” on April 1, 2019, limits have been placed on tour conductor working hours. Meal times during the tour will also serve as the tour conductor’s break time. Additionally, the tour conductor may stay at a different accommodation from guests. During free time, guests are generally responsible for their own activities.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
