Your experience begins with a refreshing aperitif on the waterfront in the heart of town. As fish is a must-try on the island, the gastro journey continues with a selection of local fish specialties such as anchovies and sardines. Next, step into a local butcher shop to taste wild boar and sheep sausages, along with traditional lamb pâté.



Cres lamb is one of the island's signature delicacies, so you'll also enjoy a hearty lamb goulash served with homemade gnocchi and local cheese. The tour then takes you to a local olive oil producer for a presentation and tasting of renowned Cres olive oil.



To complete the experience, you'll visit another local producer to sample homemade jams and spreads crafted from fruits, such as wild pomegranate, olives, and figs.
