Not allowed:Pets are not allowed except for service dogs with certification

Reduced rates apply only from Monday to Friday

This activity is accessible for people with reduced mobility

Child and infant fees do not include headphones

Do not attend or present the voucher at Sagrada Familial ticket office as they will not be validated without your assigned local guide

Please be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the time indicated on the voucher. The monuments have a very strict ticket schedule policy, so a delay in the presentation at the meeting point can be considered a NO SHOW and the loss of the tour and transfers without the right to reimbursement
