• All game tickets sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• Advance reservations are not available. Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis by queuing at the venue.
• Participants must present a valid ticket to enter the play area.
• A deposit of HKD 100 is required upon entry, which can be used for extra purchases and will be fully refunded when leaving after the 30-minute play session.
• Before entering, guests must read carefully and agree to comply with all Admission Notice rules, including those regarding health and safety, personal belongings, facilities, and charges.
• Each play session lasts for 30 minutes. Participants and their parents/guardians must thoroughly read and agree to all height restrictions and rules prior to joining the games.
• During the games, participants must follow the supervision and instructions of our staff. Staff members reserve the right to request anyone who fails to comply with guidelines to leave the play area.
• Participants are solely responsible for looking after their personal belongings. Our staff will not mind or safe-keep items for anyone and will bear no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
• Inclement Weather Arrangements: The inflatable park will remain open as usual when a Red or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force. If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted before opening hours (or if Signal No. 9 or above is issued during operating hours), the park will temporarily close. If the signal is lowered after 4:00 PM, the park will remain closed for the entire day. For sessions affected by temporary closures, customers will be arranged a free rescheduling. • The event is subject to terms and conditions, which are subject to change without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the event organizer reserves the right of final decision.

Parents must read the following admission rules carefully before entering the venue:

1. The venue operates from 11:00 to 20:30. For admissions after 20:00, guests must still leave the venue by 20:30.
   
2. All guests must wear grip socks before entering. To ensure the safety of all children, crowd control measures will be implemented when the venue reaches its maximum capacity.
   
3. The facilities are designed for children aged 4 to 15, who must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The venue shall not be held liable for any accidents (such as falls or choking) that occur without parental supervision. To prevent collisions or trampling, roughhousing, pushing, and intense running or jumping by both children and adults are strictly prohibited.
   
4. Please do not bring hard or sharp objects (e.g., hair clips, accessories, keys) or dangerous items such as nail clippers, scissors, sharp tools, or lighters into the venue.
   
5. Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the venue. Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
   
6. Please prioritize safety during play, strictly follow the instructions of our staff, and do not engage in any dangerous actions.
   
7. For safety reasons, seniors over the age of 60, pregnant women, and individuals who have infectious diseases, heart conditions, cardiovascular diseases, are under the influence of alcohol, or are feeling unwell are not permitted to enter.
   
8. Shoe cabinets are provided free of charge but are unattended. The venue is not responsible for any lost items. Please carry your valuables with you or entrust them to an accompanying person. The park and the venue shall bear no responsibility for any lost or damaged belongings.
   
9. The minimum charge is for a 30-minute session. Fees are calculated in 30-minute blocks; any playtime of less than 30 minutes will still be charged as a full 30 minutes.
   
10. Our staff reserves the right to verify members' identities. Guests may be required to present valid identification documents for verification purposes.
    
11. The company reserves the right to suspend or cancel the membership to who do not comply with the rules without notice.
    
12. Our company reserves the right to modify all membership rules and terms.
    

Admission Notice:

1. Customers must not wear shoes upon entering the playground. It is mandatory to wear clean, non-slip socks.
   
2. Children must be accompanied by at least one adult aged 18 or above in order to enter and play in the playground.
   
3. Our company only provides facility services and does not take responsibility for supervising children.
   
4. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children and any accompanying children in the playground, and should take full responsibility for their care.
   
5. Parents must guide and supervise their children, and prevent running, pushing, fighting, bullying, littering, or urinating in the playground.
   
6. There is a designated area for stroller parking. Bringing strollers, pushcarts, shopping carts, wheeled storage boxes, luggage, or any large items into the playground is prohibited.
   
7. Bringing or using any dangerous items inside the playground is prohibited to avoid damaging the facilities.
   
8. Customers are advised to wear appropriate casual or sportswear (long pants) when entering the playground.

Hygiene and Safety:

1. The premises must be kept clean. Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited in the playground. Bringing food or drinks into the premises is not allowed. If the premises are soiled, our company reserves the right to charge customers a cleaning fee of $300 or more.
   
2. Littering, spitting, or engaging in any unsanitary behavior is strictly prohibited. If the premises are soiled, our company reserves the right to charge customers a cleaning fee of $300 or more.
   
3. The use of vulgar language or engaging in indecent, offensive, aggressive, disturbing, or inappropriate behavior is prohibited in the playground.
   
4. Our company reserves the right to refuse or expel individuals who may potentially spread diseases, act aggressively or violently towards others from entering the premises.
   
5. Do not obstruct or interfere with the staff's performance of duties or the enforcement of any rules and regulations within the premises.
   
6. If any customer notices anyone feeling unwell, please promptly notify the staff within the premises.
   
7. Our company bears no responsibility for any injuries caused by improper use of the facilities.
   
8. An emergency first aid kit is available on-site for any immediate needs. Please contact the front desk if necessary.
   
9. To ensure a clean environment, our staff continuously cleans and sanitizes the venue throughout the day.
   

Personal Belongings:

1. Customers are responsible for keeping their personal belongings safe while playing and are advised not to bring any valuable items into the premises. Our company is not liable for any loss or damage.
   
2. When renting storage lockers, please keep the key safe. In case of loss, compensation for lock replacement will be required.
   
3. Our company reserves the right to handle unclaimed items without further notice.

Facilities and Charges:

1. The playground adopts a time-based consumption system. For members, the charging unit is 30 minutes, with a minimum consumption of 30 minutes. Even if it is less than 30 minutes, it will still be charged for 30 minutes. If one minute exceeds the time limit, the system will automatically start a new 30-minute calculation.
   
2. The facilities within the premises comply with relevant safety standards. Our company regularly arranges personnel to inspect and maintain the facilities. If customers notice any damaged facilities within the premises, please notify the staff immediately.
   
3. If customers damage any facilities inside the playground during use, our company reserves the right to claim reasonable compensation from the customers, with the amount determined by our company.
