At Istanbul’s most ancient monastery, tucked away in a garden brimming with history, you'll learn the secrets of making Turkish delight. Rather than store-bought sweets masquerading as handmade, you'll be taking home Turkish delight that you've crafted yourself, presented in a traditional ceramic container adorned with Iznik tile designs.
