Upon your early arrival, you'll have access to a comfortable waiting area, priority boarding, and VIP check-in at a dedicated desk.   • Accessibility:The venue is wheelchair accessible

  • Assistance dogs are welcome on the London Eye, provided that your dog is clearly identifiable as a working dog

  • Know in advance:The journey includes two full rotations. Guests are permitted to leave after the first rotation, but cannot rejoin

  • Folded pushchairs or buggies are permitted inside the pods. They must remain closed throughout the ride, including on the entrance and exit ramps, until all passengers have exited
