Purchase Notice

1. Minors or children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to participate in the tour. Minors or children traveling alone are not allowed to participate in the tour. If your order includes children, please be sure to indicate the children's ages in the notes when booking the trip; otherwise, the adult fee will be charged on-site. For the safety of pregnant women, pregnant women must be no more than 24 weeks pregnant at the end of the trip to participate in the tour.

2. Please ensure you provide accurate and complete information when booking, including your name, valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone number for easy notification in case of problems), accurate flight information, or tour meeting location, to avoid booking errors that may affect your trip. You will be solely responsible for any losses incurred due to providing incorrect information.

3. The hotel offers different room types, such as a king/queen size room or a twin room with two double beds. Each room can legally accommodate a maximum of 2 to 4 people, including adults and children. Each hotel has different deposit collection methods (mostly credit card deposits), and tour participants will need to cooperate according to the specific regulations. Our company guarantees the number of rooms available, but does not guarantee the specific room type or location. Hotel check-in time is usually after 3:00 PM.

4. Tour participants must purchase tickets with the tour guide; they cannot bring their own tickets or use City Passes. Entrance fees and meal costs may vary depending on official announcements from the attractions; the prices published by the attractions on the day of the tour will prevail.

5. Our company reserves the right to make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary sequence to ensure the smooth operation of the tour, provided that it is convenient for the tour group to depart, but will not reduce the items that should be included in the itinerary.

6. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to adjust the order of visits, the time spent at each attraction, or the meeting time as appropriate based on weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.

7. If an attraction is temporarily closed or closed during holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's), resulting in the inability to visit, the tour guide will adjust the itinerary to include only exterior views or alternative attractions to ensure a richer experience. Please understand that opening hours and visitor limits for various attractions and national parks are subject to change. Any impact on the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances is considered force majeure.

8. Children under eight years old must use a child safety seat. We offer rental services at $10.00 per person per day. Please be sure to indicate this in the booking notes so we can prepare accordingly. Any violations or fines incurred due to the guest's failure to inform us in advance will be borne by the guest. Thank you for your understanding. If a bus trip is arranged on the day of departure, a child safety seat is not required, and the cost will be refunded.

9. Many tourist attractions on the itinerary require participants to meet basic health requirements. People with disabilities or mobility impairments should contact our company in advance to obtain relevant policy information before registering for the tour. If you do not notify us in time, we cannot guarantee that we will provide wheelchair-accessible buses or arrange suitable seating.

10. This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group midway, please inform us in advance and obtain the tour guide's consent. You will need to sign a departure agreement. The uncompleted portion will be considered as your voluntary abandonment, and the tour fee will not be refunded.

11. According to relevant laws, smoking is prohibited on the tour bus and in most hotel rooms. Hotel cleaning staff are professionally trained, and security personnel will professionally collect evidence. If caught smoking, a cleaning fee of CAD 300 or more per night will be charged. This fee is borne by the guest and our company will not be responsible. If you need to smoke, please go to the designated smoking area.

12. Pets and animals are not allowed on any of the tours.
