Children aged 6 to under 12 are charged the same price as adults. Children under 6 years old are not permitted to participate.

This tour is primarily a local tour for Japanese tourists. While the tour guide will communicate in Japanese, necessary information will be provided in written form in English and Chinese. In case of emergencies, translation apps on tablet devices will be used.

This tour does not include a guide. The tour conductor will manage the tour itinerary (they will not act as a sightseeing guide). Tourist information leaflets and other materials distributed by the tour conductor will generally be in Japanese.

At the meeting point, a staff member will be waiting for you holding a "Hankyu Travel" sign (board or flag). Please confirm the course name and complete the registration using the name of the group representative. Please note that registration will only be completed once all members of your group have arrived.

The meeting time is in Japan Standard Time, and punctuality is essential. Even if a customer does not appear at the meeting time, neither our company nor the tour guide will contact the customer, and the tour will depart as scheduled.

In the event of severe weather (strong winds, etc.), the fireworks display may be canceled. The decision on whether or not to hold the event will be announced at 13:00 on the day of the event. If the forecast is unsettled and it is difficult to make a decision, the final decision will be made at 15:00, which will be after the departure of this tour. We will inform you again once a decision has been made.

The event will proceed rain or shine, so please bring rain gear such as a raincoat (the use of umbrellas is prohibited inside the venue).

Depending on the number of participants, you may unfortunately be seated with other passengers or seated in front of or behind each other on the bus or at the lunch venue.

On the day of departure, the bus company may change due to vehicle malfunction or the driver's health (we are not liable for changes due to these reasons).

Due to baggage checks and crowds at the venue, it is expected that you will need to walk about 15 minutes from the bus stop to your seat.
