Meeting point description: The meeting point is located at the main entrance of the Alhambra, directly next to the official ticket office (Taquillas). Please do not enter the monument gates before meeting your guide. Look for the guide holding the orange umbrella right in the open plaza area outside the ticket windows.(Ticket De Alhambra, Paseo de la Sabica, Granada, Spain)

Accessibility:Due to uneven historic paths, cobblestones, and steep surfaces throughout the fortress and gardens, this walking activity is unsuitable for individuals with mobility difficulties or wheelchair users

Know in advance:The Patronage of Alhambra and Generalife requires the full name, age, nationality, and passport or ID card number of every participant. This information is mandatory to secure your monument access. The names provided during the booking process must match the official documentation exactly

Due to the official regulations of the Alhambra, entrance tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances. If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the tour, you will only receive a refund for the guided service portion, never for the monument ticket price

Remember to bring:You must bring your original physical passport or ID card on the day of the visit. Photocopies, digital images, or smartphone screenshots are strictly rejected at all monument security checkpoints. Access will be denied without the original document

Wearing comfortable walking shoes is highly recommended, as the tour covers a considerable distance. Please bring sun protection and water during warm days
