5. The tour fee is based on the amount at the time of registration. If adjustments are made due to peak season or other factors, you will be notified separately.

As different countries have different entry and exit regulations, it is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that their travel documents have sufficient validity to complete the journey and return to Hong Kong, and that they have enough blank pages for entry and exit stamps or entry visas.
9. When registering for the tour, you must provide accurate information, such as name, gender, date of birth, ID number, and ID expiry date; the company will not be responsible for any inaccurate information.
10. The service fee for the tour guide, driver, and related personnel is HK$160 per person per day. This tour includes 6 days of service fees. Other fees total HK$960 per person for the entire tour (the service fee will be collected in full by the local tour guide at the end of the tour, regardless of age); the tax and administrative fee is HK$100 per person, and the airport tax is HK$1460 per person (the travel agency will contact the guests to collect the fees in advance after successful booking), totaling HK$2520 per person.
11. This product is a joint package for guests from Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macau. Our company will not send a licensed Hong Kong tour leader with the group. On the day of departure, our staff will assist guests with check-in at the airport. The receiving agency may arrange a Chinese-speaking tour guide, translator, tour driver, and other staff to accompany the group, depending on the situation. The service fee must be collected in full by the relevant staff upon completion of the tour. Travelers may not object, withdraw, request a refund, refuse to pay the agreed tour service fee, or claim compensation on any grounds.

15. As directed by the Tourism Authority of Taiwan (TATT), the company will charge guests a stamp cost. The stamp cost is calculated at 0.15% of the final total charge.
16. Seasonal attractions and activities (such as spring flower viewing, autumn maple and ginkgo viewing, winter snow viewing, etc.) and other special programs may be affected by weather and other factors. If they cannot be arranged, no refund will be given. Instead, the local guide will negotiate with the guests to change the attractions based on the actual situation.
17. The products or services offered at the shopping stops arranged during the itinerary are not provided by our company. Therefore, tour members must clearly understand the prices, product quality, and service quality before making any purchases, and must also consider their personal needs. After purchasing, they must bear all responsibilities themselves.

Note: The new Japanese law, which came into effect on April 1, 2024, protects the working hours of bus drivers and limits their daily driving time to no more than 10 hours (tour bus driving time is approximately 08:00-18:00). Drivers are required to rest for at least 10-11 hours each day. The tour schedule and meal times may be adjusted according to the situation. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
19. Traditional Japanese hot springs do not allow people to wear clothes while bathing.
