— Activity Itinerary —

• 01:00 PM - 01:30 PM | Free Hotel Pickup (Red Songthaew)
  - Free Red Taxi Pickup Service: Exclusive for guests staying inside the Chiang Mai Old City zone only. Transfer directly to the main meeting point. Please contact us via KKday Message to arrange your pickup. Guests staying outside the Old City area are required to make their own way to the meeting point at Chiangmai Boxing Stadium.
  
• 02:00 PM | Meeting Point & Registration (Chiangmai Boxing Stadium)
  - Gather at the front courtyard of Chiangmai Boxing Stadium to check-in, register, and receive your event tickets based on your package.
  - Costume Pick-up: VIP package guests will receive their full Thai costume, and Standard package guests will receive their traditional Thai Sabai (shawl).
  - Board your designated vehicle according to your purchased package. Vehicles will depart sequentially once all seats are filled. (Staff will be stationed at the registration area until 03:00 PM).

• 03:00 PM - 04:00 PM | Arrival at the Venue & Welcome Check-in
  - Arrive at the festival venue: Ban Klang Municipality Stadium, Lamphun Province (Approximate travel time: 35 minutes).
  - Present your ticket to the staff at the entry zone according to your package.
  - Dressing Room: Changing rooms are located directly under the stadium bleachers.
                - VIP: Change into your full Thai costume.
                - Standard: Put on your traditional Thai Sabai.
                - General: Free time to explore the venue at your leisure.
  
• 04:30 PM - 06:00 PM | Welcome Shows & Local Lanna Workshops
  - Enjoy local traditional folk performances specially prepared by the villagers to welcome all visitors.
  - Stroll through "Kad Mua" (the traditional local market) and join a variety of hands-on DIY cultural workshops, including cloth painting, lantern making, candle crafting, herbal compress making, and herbal balm crafting.
  
• 06:00 PM | Krathong Making & Distribution
  - VIP & Standard: Join a workshop to learn how to craft your own traditional floral Krathong.
  - General: Receive your complimentary pre-made Krathong.
• 07:00 PM | Dinner & Cultural Performances
  - Savor your dinner in your designated package zone while watching enchanting Lanna cultural performances by local school children and villagers.
  - General Package: Guests can purchase a variety of delicious foods from the local market inside the event and enjoy them in the designated seating areas.
• 08:20 PM | Candle Lighting & Buddhist Ceremony
  - Participate in the traditional candle lighting ceremony (Lighting the Lamp) and the commencement of the sacred Buddhist ritual.
  - (Your sky lanterns will be pre-placed at your assigned seats: 4 lanterns for General & Standard packages, and 6 lanterns for VIP packages).
• 08:30 PM | Main Ceremony & Mass Lantern Release (The Grand Highlights)
  - Mass Sky Lantern Release: Join the breathtaking highlight of the night. Everyone will light their lanterns together, count down, and release them simultaneously into the sky (a truly unforgettable, picture-perfect memory).
  - Marvel at a spectacular fireworks display illuminating the night sky filled with glowing lanterns.
  - Traditional Loy Krathong: Walk together to the riverfront to float your Krathong, paying respect and seeking blessings from the Goddess of Water.
  
• 09:30 PM - 10:00 PM | Departure & Return Trip
  - Depart from the festival venue and enjoy a safe, comfortable journey back to Chiang Mai.
