• We cancel tours when we determine that they cannot be held safely. Therefore, the timing of the cancellation decision varies depending on the weather and sea conditions of the day, ranging from a few days before to the day of the tour, while you are on your way, after you have gathered, after arriving at the point, or even during the tour. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize everyone's safety.

Notes for Participating in the Course:

• ・Encountering Whales: As we observe wild whales, we cannot guarantee a 100% encounter rate. In the unlikely event that no whales are spotted, you may try again for free within the current season. Please note that if even one customer on the tour confirms a whale blow, this offer does not apply. ・Watching: To protect the whales, the watching time is limited to approximately 1 hour, and we maintain a sufficient distance from the boat to avoid causing stress to the whales. Whale spotting is heavily influenced by weather and sea conditions, and the time taken to find them varies daily. Even after spotting a whale, please note that we may shorten the 1-hour watching time to prioritize safety, considering the physical condition of customers and changes in sea conditions. ・Duration: The total duration of the tour may vary significantly depending on when the whales are spotted.

Other Special Notes:

• ・Motion Sickness Medicine: We provide a quasi-drug motion sickness medicine (Travelmin Support/Eisai), which is considered to have a milder effect than pharmaceutical drugs. Please take it at your own discretion. We do not sell pharmaceutical motion sickness medicine. If you are prone to seasickness or motion sickness, we recommend preparing your own medication in advance. *For children aged 5 to 14, parental guidance and supervision are required when taking Travelmin Support. Please note that while children aged 4 and up can join our tours, Travelmin Support cannot be taken by children aged 4 and under. ・Pregnant individuals: We kindly ask those who are pregnant or may be pregnant to refrain from participating in the tour, including boarding the boat. ・Alcohol Consumption: Participation while under the influence of alcohol or hungover is prohibited. Alcohol consumption is also not allowed on board. ・Minors: Parental consent is required for minors aged 17 and under participating alone. (5) History of psychiatric treatment, experience of panic attacks, or extreme acrophobia. (6) Any other concerns regarding your health or medical history. ・Medical Check on the Day: We will confirm your medical history before participation on the day.
