- Includes a snorkeling guide to see the coral and fish of Ishigaki Island! You can also land on the phantom island (Hamajima). If there are any other places you would like to go, please consult us! GoPro photo data is included free of charge! *Destinations may not be selectable depending on weather conditions. If you have a driver's license, up to 3 people can ride in one vehicle. If you do not have a license, the guide will drive and up to 2 people can ride. For 3 people without licenses, we will provide 2 vehicles with 2 guides driving, but the fee will be 44,000 yen for one vehicle (1,000 yen insurance fee not included) plus 11,000 yen per additional person (1,000 yen insurance fee not included).

Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- When weather conditions meet the criteria for cancellation in the safety management regulations. Or when the captain determines that safe operation is not possible for any other reason.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- If you are late, you may not be able to participate. Preschool children must be accompanied by a guardian.
Other special notes:
- For Chinese and Korean, we will use a translation machine.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 0 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
