• *After booking, the group representative is required to complete the medical history checklist. To ensure everyone's safety and prevent any unforeseen incidents during your trip, the group representative must have all members of the group review the checklist. If any participant has any medical history issues, please contact the tour operator, SeaWorld, in advance. *Pregnant women or those who may be pregnant are not permitted to participate. *For safety reasons, those who have consumed alcohol or are hungover on the day of the tour will not be allowed to participate. Drinking alcohol is also prohibited while on board the boat. *Children must be accompanied by a guardian. *For infants, please note that the boat will rock, so please use your own judgment when booking. *Depending on ocean conditions, we may refuse participation to infants and those over 65 years of age. *We recommend taking motion sickness medication 30 minutes before departure. *Please bring only the bare minimum of luggage onto the boat. Larger luggage can be stored in the rental car, or if you contact us in advance, we can store it in the shop's vehicle. *For the safety of our customers, please be sure to wear a life jacket. *The duration will be 1 to 1.5 hours depending on the number of participants on the day, as well as the weather and sea conditions. *If you wish to board for observation only without participating in the experience, we will guide you for 3,000 yen. Advance reservations are required, so please contact us by the day before your participation date if you wish to do so. *Parasailing may be canceled due to changes in weather and sea conditions the day before, during the meeting on the day, at the reception on site, or even after departure. In that case, there will be no cancellation fee, but please understand that we cannot compensate for transportation costs, etc., even if it is during or after the meeting. *For safety reasons, staff will determine the number of passengers (1-4) for parasailing based on the wave and wind conditions and weight of the participants on the day. We will do our best to arrange flights with guests from the same group, but please understand that in some cases you may be asked to ride with staff or other guests.
