If you are late for the meeting time, you may not be able to use the tour, and in this case, cancellation and refund are not possible.

If you are not at the designated pickup time and location, or if you are more than 5 minutes late, you will not be able to use the product.

Bringing separate luggage is permitted only upon request at the time of reservation. It is not allowed on the day of arrival.

The tour proceeds even in rainy weather, but the departure date and time may change depending on local conditions.

The event may be canceled due to natural disasters, and we will notify you individually if the event cannot proceed.

Partial refunds are not available if the time is shortened or the schedule is changed due to reasons such as natural disasters.

Admission fees for each attraction listed in the [Exclusions] section of the product page are subject to change without prior notice depending on local conditions.

Please make sure to purchase travel insurance individually.

We are not responsible for accidents caused by your own health (such as pre-existing conditions) or accidents caused by your own negligence.

Our company is responsible for providing information regarding this independent travel package, while the actual trip is conducted through local operators.
