• 100% Refund: If cancelled by 18:00 (local time), 2 days prior to the date of use.
• Non-refundable: If cancelled after 18:00 (local time), 2 days prior to the date of use.
• No Refund/Cancellation: In the event of a service failure due to incorrectly entered flight details, arrival date, or passport information.

• Adult: 12 years old and above.
• Child: From 3 to 11 years old.
• Infant: Under 36 months old (Free of charge).
• All ages are calculated based on the official date of entry into Vietnam.

• On the day of use, some waiting time may occur if there is a high volume of applicants arriving on the same flight.
