Due to the limited number of wheelchair berths per trip, wheelchair users are required to call the hotline or leave a message in the background 48 hours before departure to register so that staff can reserve a space and provide assistance.

Operating routes: This themed ticket is only valid for designated themed ferry services between "Central Pier 6" and "Disneyland Pier".
Tickets are not assigned seats and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure navigational safety, the operator has the right to stop boarding when the passenger capacity is reached.
Ticket verification method: Passengers must present a valid electronic voucher for scanning and verification by staff at the pier entrance. Please arrive at the pier at least 15 minutes before your booked date and departure time.
Limited-time offer: The service period is from April 30, 2026 to June 30, 2026. Tickets will automatically expire after this period and no refunds will be given.
【Severe Weather and Emergency Arrangements】Safety First: In the event of Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, Red or Black Rainstorm Warning, or if the sea is too rough and safety is affected, the operator has the right to temporarily suspend operations.
